APC chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, has taken to social media to share his observation about regions in Nigeria. 

 

In a post shared on Facebook, Igbokwe opined that while the North and the South East have ‘become experts in k!lling their own people,’ the South West region has left them behind with steady and undiluted progress.
