Amidst the indefinite suspension of Twitter operations in Nigeria, Serap have charged the Muhammad Buhari led Federal Government to Ecowas court to challenge the illegal suspension of the bird app operations in Nigeria and the forceful infringement of fundamental human rights to freedom of speech.
